This Privacy Policy explains how Taxmandi ("we", "us"), a product of Lifebelongs Pvt. Ltd., collects, uses and protects your information when you use the Taxmandi mobile application and services.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, mobile number, email, password (stored securely hashed), account type (client or professional).
• Professional profile: qualification, membership/registration details, firm, city, headline, specializations, services, and documents you submit for verification.
• Content: posts, reels, videos, images, comments, reviews, job requirements and responses you create.
• Location: your city (entered manually or detected with your permission) to show nearby professionals.
• Usage & device data: app version and basic technical logs to keep the service reliable.

2. How we use your information

To create and secure your account, verify professionals, show relevant professionals and content, enable messaging and calls, process membership payments, and improve the app.

3. Payments

Membership payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details; they are handled by the payment provider under their security standards.

4. Media storage

Uploaded images, videos and documents are stored on secure managed object storage and served via the app.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Professional profile information you choose to publish is visible to other users. We may share data with service providers (e.g., payments, storage) only to operate the app, or where required by law.

6. Your rights & account deletion

You can edit your profile at any time and delete your account and associated data from within the app (Settings → Delete account) or by writing to us. See our Account & Data Deletion page.

7. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and content, except where retention is required by law.

8. Children

Taxmandi is intended for professionals and adult users and is not directed at children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will reflect the latest date above.
